Today’s generation were all modernized full of infrastructures, buildings, roads, bridges and well advance technology such as gadgets, mobiles, computers, laptops, iPods and etc. Unlike before that the only source of communication of people was only a letter and when they travel they walk in miles or ride a carabao just to visit a friend or if they want to buy something. Nowadays, commuters ride a bus, taxi, jeep, tricycle or some of them own expensive cars. They travel in 2 or 4 lanes pedestrian just to reach their destination. In instant cases, road users incurred costs coming from environment, incident or accident risk, delays to other commuters or deterioration and damage of the road. This cost was called marginal external cost. On the …show more content…
In addition, this cost has far reaching effects that made them difficult to quantify. According to McCain (2012) “Marginal costs and benefits are a vital part of economics because they help to provide the relevant measurement of costs and benefits at a certain level of production and consumption. If measured marginal costs and benefits are provided, it is much easier to calculate the ideal price and quantity”. Technical and economic are the two main constraints but the latter has the greater impact in the development of road user charging. The reason was that the benefits outweighed the costs of change that includes capital and running cost of the said charging …show more content…
It leaves important ideas on how to properly charge marginal external and social cost to reduce certain congestion that will be encounter by the road users. In addition, I’m agreeing on the study in UK which they used the modeling system that evaluates marginal external cost against congestions charges. Clearly, the piece was objective because it demonstrates a well balance view of the case study. Furthermore, it holds the interest of the readers and helps them to think critically on how to find ways to lessen such traffic and utilize their time without dissipating their resources and

Patient is a 51 year old Caucasian female living alone in her own home. The patient has a history and current syntoms of geralized anxity disorder, social phoina and panic attacks, which she takes madications for and sees a psychrist 2-3 times per month in Havasu. Patinets lives with six cats and the house environment is somewhat cluttered. The patinet is orinally from Glendale, CA., has a brother in Palmdale, CA, who is stays in contact with sometimes. Pt has a daughter in Big River, who is not supportive of her, but has three grandchildren who visit her.
The social welfare has been a debatable argument for year in the U.S, many since the people have different beliefs in the welfare policy. Many time being is that the federal government had chosen to stay away from social welfare while also choosing to be heavily involved with it, making the federal agencies heavily involved in policy making. Since poverty was considered a problem, they believe that the problem would get better within time if there was a sudden change to make anti-poverty programs. In the great depression 1930’s the local and state government provided support for the poor, many assistances coming from churches were people would receive free food and agencies supplying the size of aid available to them.
Imagine a world where communication is difficult, there is not a lot of entertainment, and places are hard to get to. This actually was the world in the 1900s-1910s. Technology has come a long way since the early 1900s. Our world has become more advanced and fast paced due to the advances of technology. Over the last 100 years, technology is by far the biggest change in our culture.
This first started with the building of toll roads. While it is difficult to measure the economic impact that these roads played, they were a critical

Effort is being poured into optimising this charging process but the fact is that with current technologies, it takes longer than fuelling a petroleum car. Estimates of how long, vary wildly depending on the battery, the source and charging methods but the general charging time seems to be between 4-8 hours1,2. While some charging estimates go as low as twenty minutes2 this is usually at the expense of the battery’s long term stability or something similar that would make it unfeasible for everyday use. The fact that recharging an electronic car is a process measured in hours means that the average consumer will be far more dependent on the range of a single charge. This effective range varies based on the size of the battery and which type of battery it is.
A lot of people love to hear about energy efficient and environmentally friendly options out there. The electric vehicles today serve great benefits in keeping emissions down and using a more friendly alternative energy source. In my opinion they have made an impact on the environment, but a major benefit in using this alternative resource is less cost to fuel the vehicle. Gasoline is very expensive today, and using the energy that is used to power our home, is much less expensive and more available than gas. The environment, as claimed by environmentalists, suffers due to the emissions of automobiles today.
This means that our governments should invest in redesigning our road, highways and freeways to cope with high speed limits. High speed limits do not mean that our road has become unsafe, but their design is not appropriate for certain new speed limits. Our roads have been the same for many years and have not been updated for decades. In addition to that, the reckless driving, lack of driving and road maturity is causing hundreds of causalities yearly. The drivers on the road lack respect, gratefulness and gratitude to other drivers and that’s why accidents are occurring.
Nowadays, technology devices become plays an important role in our daily lives, especially in adolescents’ categories. While there is a very clear argument for how the technology is effected on us and causing social isolation as we know, but in another way is also the argument that these technologies are helping us to become more social in our society. This is very probably because we have a good and perfect ability to communicate with each other. Despite long distances. We all know that the goal of technology is to make our lives easier and more efficient.
The problems caused by speed limits on the highways can not only be solved by looking at the many mistakes in thinking that people have about speed but by looking at the many advantages of no speed limits on
Another important issue that even students get late to their school and everything will not be in time. Congestion always happens when people go and come from work so employs play a big part in congestion and it happens especially in big cities as the streets are big and people have their own cars not like towns or villages. In big cities, people prefer to use more their own private cars than using public transport but in towns they prefer the public transport. So, in big cities there will always be traffic jam as there are so many private cars in the street. When cars are banned then the traffic jam would disappear and people will be able to arrive in time and won’t affect
Electric vehicles may cost more to purchase initially, but the savings will be realized over the lifetime of the
Communication Technology Technology has changed our lifestyle and is continuing to alter it. Every aspect of our life has been somehow touched by technology. However, technology has made a significant impact on the way we communicate and new communication technologies are continuously improving and being used in everyday life. It has become an essential part of most our lives because we, as a human species, have always had this deep desire to communicate, and to communicate over distance. The obstruction of connecting two regions has drastically decreased due to the fact that we now have mobile phones, Internet, and social media to make life easier.
Through the improvement of technology, we became reachable in an instant through the internet by the use of our mobiles, gadgets, emails, computers, television systems and more. All of these factors together are being integrated in our daily lives and it has a powerful social impact. New innovative
