Operation support officer need to provide technical support to user. Operation support officer will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. We also “train” user of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. We must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and operating systems. Our goal is to build and maintain update and efficient computer systems to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability. 4.2 Responsibilities • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems with systems and equipment within the organization, and other department. • Set up workstation with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers, printer, scanner and other devices for user. • Maintain record or logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule with completing a service job form after the problem already been fixed. • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer
