Operation support officer need to provide technical support to user. Operation support officer will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. We also “train” user of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. We must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and operating systems. Moreover, using information technology is the first strategy to impede medication error in the long-term care facility where an ethical value such as commitment to client was breached.
First month of Warrant Officer Basic Course The role of the military officer today is very complex, challenging, and very rewarding. The transition into Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) has displayed a few of those characteristics. Upon arrival to the WOBC we as newly appointed Warrant Officers were welcomed with open arms. Not only was the students eager to get started and to begin learning on how to become future 131As but the instructors were as eager to coach, influence and direct the class in the direction needed not only becoming newly certified 131A but to become the future of the 131A cohort. During our first few weeks at WOBC we continued to get acclimated with the new surroundings of Fort Sill and continued to get accustomed to the transition from being enlisted to the officer branch.

Warrant officers are the leaders of their field and experts in their trade. As such, they must be reliable, technically and tactically proficient, quick learners, and self-motivated, traits I already possess. I believe I have the necessary skills, experience, and leadership abilities to be a great asset to the Army as a Warrant Officer. I have more experience and training than most of my peers considering warrant officer as their next step. I have proven to be a dependable, capable, driven and a proactive non-commissioned officer throughout my career and have always sought out positions of higher responsibility.
As I embark on the newest chapter in my life it occurs to me that I must first take time to fully process and appreciate the magnitude of what it really is to be a Warrant Officer in the United States Army. From my own perspective as well as the perspective seen from society I can see my new responsibilities will hold a paramount position in many different aspects. This being said, I can look forward to a major shift in what my focus will be and how my decisions will directly impact those around me. My personal desire to become a Warrant officer stems from my constant thirst to grow and influence my surroundings.
I have experienced many situations and endured a multitude of experiences throughout my life. It is through these experiences that I have been able to learn a great deal about myself. Since I was young, I have always set astronomically high goals and expectations for myself. This was largely in part due to the strong upbringing from my parents, who taught me what is right and wrong, and instilled very strong personal values, along with a continued ideal of community service. These values helped forge me into who I am today.

The Importance of Accountability in the U.S. Army Every living thing on Earth demands discipline and accountability, but when it comes to U.S. Army, soldiers are trained specifically in these subjects. There are extreme costs at risk if these principles are not held high by the Armed Forces. Most organized Armies focus on the importance of accountability and teach it in the very beginning stages of readiness. Accountability includes things such as showing up on time to safeguarding sensitive records, keeping account of resources to watching out for fellow soldiers. Almost everything can be tied back to the importance of accountability.
The transition from enlisted into the ranks of officer is not a situation that anyone should take lightly. With greater rank comes greater responsibility, I emphatically understand the prestige and responsibility that comes with this transition. In this essay, I will answer three questions. Why do I want to be a military officer? What does society expect from me as a military officer?
