Plastic materials have transformed everyone’s daily life, it made people’s life easier. Usually, plastic materials are being use in the shape of plastic fork, spoon, plates, straw, bottles and many more applications in a household or daily life generally. The plastic materials are made from varieties of chemical mixture which makes different types of plastic materials such as, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET/PETE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Polypropylene (PP) and Polystyrene (PS). All the types of plastic, are used for certain type of product. For instance, Polypropylene is a common plastic material that is used for making clothing, surgery tools and household supplies, bottle caps, food containers, and straws. After it is being use, people tend to throw it away rather than reusing it. This shows that more plastic material produced by company as consumer kept buying and make it as disposable a product. This ideology of making life easier is good at some ways, but the bad effects will come in long terms. This also relates to the high demand of plastic materials produced by a company because of urbanization and population growth. With the increase of population and urban growth, the demand for cheaper and readily available materials increases. In the first decade of this century, for instance, more plastics have been made than any other plastic manufactured in history simply due to rapid urbanization and rising consumer demands. Most company make a business of producing plastic materials because it is affordable to manufacture.
