Influence of positive thinking in life.

What thinking is?
Thinking in psychology is the process of the brain which is involved in processing information such as when we are understanding new concepts, manipulation of information in problem solving, to reason and make decisions in different situations. In short, thinking is manipulation of mental representation of information.
For example, in a class of computer science. Whenever we study a new concept, we are trying to relate it to our pervious knowledge of that thing and tries to build a sound logic between the two things. This process of relating both concepts is what we call thinking.
Basically thinking how our mind changes information to help us to understand the things more clearly.

Influence of Positive Thinking in one’s life:
Positive thinking as a huge impact in our lives, our health, our work and to our relations with other people.
Researches has beginning to reveal that thinking positively is not just being happy or showing an upbeat attitude. Positive thoughts can create a real value into your life and helps you to build those skills that could last much longer than just a smile.
The aids of positive emotions does not last after a minutes of good feelings subside. In fact, the main benefit that positive emotions gives is that it enhances ability to develop skills and resources for use afterwards in our life.
Consider a real world example:
A child who runs around outside, playing with friends, develops the ability to move develops its physical skills, the ability to play with others as team develops the communication skills as well as social skills, and the ability to explore and examine the world around them helps the child to develop its creative skills. Thus by child’s positive emotions of play and joy encourages and helps the child to build skills that are useful and valuable in its routine
