Ingredients
• 1/2 kg potatoes
• 1/2 litre milk Method of Preparation
Boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them. Pour the milk into a pan and boil for three minutes. Stir it. Add the sugar and stir again. Add the potatoes. Add the elaichi powder. Put in a plate, decorate with sliced almonds and serve. Medicinal Properties

• Heat butter or ghee; add cumin, cloves, cinnamon, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds until the seeds turn dark brown.
