Furthermore, the sampling procedure and treatment of data were also included in this part of the research. This study applied the qualitative research design. The qualitative research is used to gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations. According to Hiatt (2000), qualitative research methods focus on discovering and understanding the experiences, perspectives, and thoughts of participants—that is, the qualitative research explores meaning, purpose, or reality. Qualitative field research adopts a number of concepts from diverse disciplines. In this study, the qualitative analysis used is phenomenology. This method adopted one important concept. It is that different people consciously experience the world in different ways. Therefore, in order to understand the meaning of a person’s actions, researchers must develop empathy and see things from their point of view. The qualitative method of research was used in this study to gain objective information about experiences and challenges of nutritionists and dieticians from the company, Agnitio Ventures

The definition of “health” means the state of being free from illness or injury. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate from the tree, the ultimate punishment was that we would all suffer for their mistake. However, the disparity that comes along with health related problems is completely unjust. Treatment for one should be reflective of treatment for all.

Introduction Qualitative research are those kind of researches that an outcome is obtained without the application of statistical methods of data analysis (Strauss and Corbin, 1990 cited in Golafshani, 2003). However, the qualitative research takes a direct approach, where the researchers arrive at a conclusion through the observation of events as they occur naturally without external interferences (Golafshani, 2003). Ethical and methodological issues may arise, therefore in order to demonstrate the legitimacy of Qualitative research it is important to integrate rigour and trustworthiness. Potential ethical issues There is the need to take into consideration ethical issues that may arise from conducting qualitative researches.
Good health helps us to be more motivated and help others
3. QUALITATIVE RESEARCH THEORY 3.1 QUALITATIVE RESEARCH Qualitative research is a form of research in which the researcher collects and interprets data, meaning the researcher is as important in the research process as the participants and the data they provide. Reason and Rowan (2004) have argued that the core element of a qualitative research approach is to connect meanings to the experiences of respondents and their lives. According to Clissett (2008) qualitative research involves a variety of research methods that can be used to explore human experience, perceptions, motivations and behaviours. Qualitative research is characterised by collection and analysis of words in the form of speech or writing.
Fitness is an important part of a healthy life. It is defined as the condition of being physically fit. It is important, because when a person is fit, they are capable of living life to its fullest. Qualitative research method has been widely used to gather data on specific subjects. With in- depth analysis, this method helps the researcher to get greater insights on various phenomena. The major reason why it is usually preferred over other methods is that it not only examines the when, where and what of a decision making process but also the why and how. Debates, interviews and various other researches are the areas where this approach is commonly used. Depending on the requirement of the research, the data gets streamlined once the entire data is obtained and gathered.
In order to be physically, mentally/intellectual and socially/intrapersonal well and healthy, we must processed some of these traits: First is physically healthy. How can someone be physically fit? Well ofc, you must recognize the need for physical activity. Optimal wellness is met through the combination of good exercise and good eating habits. Us people, have the belief that it is better to consume foods and beverages that enhance good health rather than those which impair it.
When exploring what is health, it looks at the idea of an individual being free from illness or injuries (World Health Organization 1948). WHO further explains that it is the state of complete: physical, mental, and social well-being and not the absence of disease or infirmity (health context, 2018) In 1986 during Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion, WHO said health is a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living, also is a positive concept emphasizing social, personal resources, and physical capacities. There are different aspects that contribute and impact a person’s health such as their: family and friends, education or job, body, spirit and mind, and all these need to balance to ensure good health (health context, 2018).
Health is considered a basic and dynamic force within daily life. The World Health Organisation (1948) defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". Although dated this definition of health is predominantly used to date within literature, however, does receive criticism for being idealistic (Green 2015). As a discipline public health protects, preserves and promotes the health of people (Hanlon et al. 2012). The definition of public health has stood the test of time as cited by (Winslow 1920) as "the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health through the organised efforts and informed choices of society, organisations, public and private, communities and individuals".
