EVERY woman prays for a bonafide – a real man usually one that is right up the ally of their sometimes enormous checklist. “I have never been keen on the term “real man” because no doubt we create a list that does not suit a woman’s needs or the man may not be comfortable with all things on a little list, but that does not automatically mean that he is not an amazing man. Therefore lists like these are sometimes unfair and discriminatory,” Williams reasoned.
“Our definitions of a real man are dictated by how we are socialized so when you go to the table you go on these terms and the fact that he does not fit in your box all the way you just, throw out the baby with the bath water, even though eight out of ten is good enough,” Williams said.
