Introduction
Employees are the most important assets of any organization they have a potential to make a company’s image better or to ruin its image. Thus, in order to make them happy, many companies focus on recreational activities. According to Tan and Waheed, (2011) Human Resource Management (HRM) is to make sure that employee and organization achieve a high level of performance, thus recreational activity plays an important role in increasing employee productivity.

Recreational programs are long-term company’s deeds. It helped to improve the mental fitness of employee, (Aksoy, Çankaya, Taşmektepligil et .al, 2017) as people pass about half of their lives in the organization they become stress full thus physical activities are to make them feel relax and improve the mental fitness. Recreational activity is a peek now a day’s thus this study based on the impact of recreational activities on physical fitness, mental fitness and workplace entertainment on employee productivity.
Also, this research was supportive to enhance the knowledge about the recreational activities at the workplace. Moreover, this research is also helpful to the organization’s that facing problem in declining employee productivity (Shujat, Ameer &Cheema, 2011). The work entertainment was distributed into tangible and intangible fun. Intangible fun that doesn’t include the physical activities like having virtuous coworker’s connection, feelings of affection i.e. it is more difficult to release stress from laugh. On the other hand, the tangible fun includes those fun activities that have a physical existence like, games, contests, giving rewards, having parties and celebration or other fun activities. Workplace entertainment includes fun, endorsed play, and comedy. Entertainment at a workplace is help employee to be ‘worrying free’ from everyday work stress.
