In many professions such as Engineering, Medical, Researches, Games, Navigations, Government Administration etc the role of women are most vital. But when we are talking about the issue of decision making we never consider the women as equivalent to men in the world. Because all the men are thinking that women are not equal to men. They are considering them as secondary persons in the world. The justification for the sacrifice for Decision making powers for women are far from the minds of Men though there has been a traditional development by the women in Development issues, Growth of Industrial Sectors, trades, moderations etc in every walk of society. Women are trusted into the most unskilled occupations by reason of their origin. They are assigned for house keepings, cleaning jobs, farm works etc. In our social forms there is no escape for them since they are always bound by the social inspirations for not getting detached from the society. India’s many places are patriarchal; in the sense that women are being denied to participate in the public life and that important issues associated with local politics have been an area of men (Mishra, 1999) women and organizing them.
