Your sleeping posture depicts your personality: Have you ever noticed people sleeping in different positions and they get to fall asleep only in that particular position if not they lay awake all day all night? Every person has one or the other sleeping position on which he is habitual and he often gets back to same position if you try to change them. These uniquely habitual way of sleeping has something to do with your personality. It is said that each human has his or her own personality and the personality also influences your sleeping position. It sounds weird, but it is actually true. They are also said to be not easily impressed and are suspicious about things. They always plan for something which is always hard to reach and they make all the plans to reach that dream by making a plan of action. They are difficult to be convinced or advice because they are their favorites and thus listen only to themselves. The good nature of these people is if they make up their mind, it is very difficult to amend. They are strong and they are achievers.
• Sleeping like a soldier: The sleeping position is well suited for the name suggested. Sleeping like a soldier is nothing but sleeping straight with your arms rested by your side. This posture of sleeping is said to be unhygienic and not suited for anybody. The body temperature decreased enabling you to loud snoring. This gives you a disturbed sleep and you tend to wake up like a soldier every now and then. If your sleeping position is like a soldier then it would be ideal if you try to change the posture.
