The objective of our employee communications policy is to assure downward/upward/sidewise/multidirectional communications within the organization. Hourly/daily communication is expected between each supervisor and subordinate.

It is easier and less costly to correct problems through quality planning and in our operation than it is in our customer’s operation.
Our quality commitment drives out waste of any sort, and where, and drives us through our never-ending-continuous process improvement via tapping of our most important resource, the human mind.
Statistical process control is a tool we shall use extensively in our pursuit of excellence. Most bad quality is the result of a bad process. Statistical process control will be used to monitor, correct and improve our processes. We will also use this tool to determine process capability.
Quality problems must be addressed and solved one-at-a-time. In order to attack our quality problems on a priority basis, we shall use a statistical analysis approach. This allows us to address the most costly problems first.
The results of our total quality management philosophy well be measured by careful analysis and tracking of our individual quality costs and total quality cost.
One important measure of quality is “How easy are we to do business with?” We will use this measure to assure customer satisfaction.
Our sales and service organization will measure our customer satisfaction and loyalty on an on-going basis.
