Friendly college is one, which is free from caste, class and hatred. There prevails only one mantra i.e., ‘Equality’ and ‘Integrity’. It is a place where students gain wings wherewith they can fly to sky, a place where all the stones polished to a shining pearl. Children are natural learners, but this capacity to learn can be undermined and sometimes destroyed. For instance, in ancient days, we heard about the relationship between the guru and shishya. The shishya obeyed everything which the guru told rather either it was right or wrong. Now we take a famous example of Eklavya and Dronacharya. In this story, Dronacharya was a teacher of Arjun. THE PHILOSOPHY OF DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE SYSTEM Ashish Kumar Distributive Justice or Economic Justice or the Fair Share principle, as the name suggests, is basically concerned with the social and economic welfare of the citizens. It says that an equal society is that where there is a fair allocation of the material goods and services between all the sections of the society. I believe the first characteristic of a good teacher is that he/ she is always willing to analyze his/her teaching performance. Second the teacher is humble enough to receive input about the development and application of techniques, learning from it and improving.
