There were many people jailed with one reason, they are Muslims. It constitutes a dictatorship type of government and not a constitutional government that promoted democracy. They also did not respect and appreciate the international law. Action should be taken even though US is a strong and major countries, but, human right must be prioritised. The act of President Bush accused Osama as the main actor of the attack, we could see it clearly that his ‘intelligence’ which because they can know who the real enemy is in just few hours of the attacks.
People need to understand that the country could not be where it is without diversity of races. Immigrants are not trying to take anything from anyone; they are hardworking individuals seeking to live honest and fulfilling lives. A group of Muslims committed an indescribable act of terrorism years ago, however not all of them are terrorist. Immigrants are in search of a dream, which may be achieved with the resources and opportunity available in the US. Surely, there are a few bad apples among the lot, but in all that is good, there is bad.
They think they might as well support it because they are stereotyped anyway. It will take a long time for communities to start mixing in more… Tony Blair addressed Muslims in particular, telling them that they need to sort out the problem within. That was a huge stereotype of the Islamic community.” As Hammasa states, when Muslims feel alienated by western culture, they may turn to extremism. “I feel after everything that 's happened Muslims are being stereotyped negatively. The whole community has been labelled and, whether they are guilty of crime or not, they are getting penalised for it.” She finishes.
Furthermore, there were also political elements that influenced defiance to authority. Both initial political institutions and resentment towards unnecessary regulations demonstrated a wariness towards authority. When colonies formed due to religious reasons, there was often a reason for friction from the start. Persecution of those who dissented from
Another change is the view on certain racial groups, especially people of Islamic descent. “Anti-Islamic violence in America jumped after the attacks. According to the FBI, 28 hate crimes committed in 2000 were found to be anti-Islamic”(Villemez). The outlook on the entire race is very bleak in comparison to what it was previous to 9/11. The measures taken by the government to try to improve national security will only continue to rise as more and more threats
Others are infuriated by the idea that these crimes continue without any government backlash, demanding immediate government action in an attempt to reduce gun related crime. Trump has responded by suggesting that congress raises the legal age to purchase firearms and passing a bill to make certain weapon performance modifications illegal to attempt to dissipate the anger among those that are pro gun control, consequently the NRA was displeased with Trump's decision, considering they supported him during the elections. "The NRA doesn't back any ban," Dana Loesch, Spokesperson of the NRA, said. The republicans fighting against gun control are primarily concerned with the idea that if all firearms were made illegal criminals would still find ways to obtain them illegally, while others would not be able to own firearms to defend themselves
In a research conducted by L. John Martin (1985), results showed that "terrorism" was used by the media in describing horrific incidents caused by Arabs. Yet, when representing similar events by individuals who are not Arabs, the media was careful to appear equitable and unbiased. Oklahoma City bombing is a perfect example to further support this claim, “the blast was set off by anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh”, the media were careful not to call him a terrorist and put the blame on one man rather than blaming an entire religion for his actions. The media lead Americans to blame 911 on Muslims although our religion clearly opposes terrorism. “Those who go to extremes are doomed”.
as the evidence would later prove, Truman knew fairly well of that the initial targets of his Fat Man and Little Boy were not purely military because otherwise he would not have ordered dropping of pamphlets warning the citizens of an invasion. According to international law ,Truman should suffer life in prison for the crimes of using WMD and exterminating the Japanese people at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. If a murderer of 200,000 civilians is not considered a war criminal, then no one ever was and no one will ever be considered a war criminal. If the murder of 200,000 goes unnoticed, even celebrated then we have no right to call for justice. We initiated the international laws so that no man regardless of power or hierarchy can escape justice, and so I ask you to abide by the rules that we created and convict Truman of manslaughter, extermination, and inhumane acts against the civilians of Hiroshima and
History is full of horrible crimes stories and more will be added in the future. While some dare to believe in a world without crime, there always will be crimes of one kind or another and of variable atrocity. During the twenty-first century, more and more crimes have been committed in the world, many of them on behalf of religion. Although, several killings have occurred, notably with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, due to divergences in regards to religious beliefs, this paper will focus on crimes in relation to Islam. Mostly ever since the tragic event of September 11th, Islam, notably due to the organizations associated to it, has been quite fingered and marginalized.
