The knower’s perspective is essential in the pursuit of knowledge.
RQ: what’s the essentiality of knower’s perspective in the pursuit of knowledge?
The first time I read the title, I was thinking about the knowledge that I’ve learned and remember without any connection with my own perspective and find it impossible to recall. I personally think it would be impossible to pursuit knowledge without perspective since perspective helps us to get a stand of what we’re talking about and where we should go to proceed. Without perspective, the outcome of knowledge wouldn’t have existed in the first place, as we’re unable to find the reason why we should pursue it. Perspective is basically what attracts us into finding out what’s going on within knowledge. Without it, the pursuit of knowledge will be meaningless, as we have no real correlation with it.
Perspective is basically a point of view of what the knower’s thinking and what he or she already knows. It’s usually divided into three broad majors, which are personal knowledge, shared knowledge and the zone of

The painting was the most popular painting in the whole world that many people make a lot of parodies out of it (lately the more parody it has, the more popular the art work gonna be). This painting worth tons of money if you ask. Some find the picture as an aesthetic creation, symbolizes the Virgin Mary who has considered as a perfect woman at the time. But some people just don’t get it why Da Vinci ever painted her (somehow I can feel Mona Lisa glaring at me). The history behind it was basically a guy who asked Da Vinci to paint a portrait of his wife but some critics can’t live with that. The pros and cons whether this painting worth that tons of money are all based on perspective. For those who don’t fancy art and see it as something worthy, it’s pointless of spending on it. But for those who value aesthetic it offers don’t seem to have any problem with
In To Kill A Mockingbird, Lee uses Scout and Arthur Radley to show that “ To understand someone’s perspective, you need to know their point of view”, this reveals that to know someone’s way of doing and thinking you need to view things in their point of view. The author uses characterization to show the perspective of the kids towards Arthur Radley “Boo Radley...dined on raw squirrels and any cats he could find..what teeth he had were yellow and rotten…(16). This is how ARthur was introduced in the beginning of the book. This shows that Scout and Jem have these thoughts of Arthur as a mean guy, but have no actually seen him in person.
Art has been around for millennium, but it starts to become more realistic as the Renaissance progresses. In Document A, a painting by Duccio di Buoninsegna is shown. This religious painting was probably painted in respect to the Madonna, but it is unclear. In terms of art, it isn’t a very good piece of work even though it has religious meaning.
It’s one of the most treasured paintings in the world. When compared to the Italian standards, the panel is said to be very minor, but its regard is extensively expressed with respect to many other paintings that are said to be, in the ancient times, the most regarded.

Knowledge is the condition of knowing something. When given it does not decrease, but will only increase. It is collective thoughts and experiences people go through. Books are the greatest source of knowledge and help develop the human mind. Knowledge also helps people not commit the same mistakes again and again.

Point of view can really have an effect on your beliefs, thoughts, and how you view the world. Just like this quote, “You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... Until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it.” (Lee, Pg.39) explains the effect of perspective outstandingly. “...It is a sin to kill a mockingbird.
A long lost painting has been found after years of it being missing. It is actually a painting done by one of the greatest painters of all time, Leonardo da Vinci. Believe it or not, this said painting was actually sold for $60 in 1958 because no one really knew of checked at that time if this is actually worth more than that. It turns out that it is actually a classic painting from one of the greats, that is why it will no be put up for auction for $100 million.
This statement, to my shock, clarifies that the purpose of the work was not to tell the story but depict a scene in a story. Although the initial purpose wasn’t to be directly religious, this piece is still considered a religious artifact in the present. The piece if not only valuable to religious people. The Last Supper is culturally viewed as a very valuable historical artifact. Da Vinci’s most recently sold piece

He is best known for the Mona Lisa. The Mona Lisa was a portrait of a woman that developed a meaning, people said it’s a symbol of the Renaissance information which came from this quote. “The Mona Lisa was originally this type of portrait, but over time its meaning has shifted and it has become an icon of the Renaissance perhaps the most recognized painting in the world.”
Because of this fact, knowledge can be seen as a vital quality to
Whilst the knower’s perspective is always essential in the pursuit of knowledge, it’s essence is greater in some areas of knowledge than others. Perspective shapes both what we pursue in knowledge and it affects how we interpret pursued knowledge. Whilst the latter has greater influence over subjective areas such as the arts and history, the former affects even the pursuit of knowledge in more objective areas such as the natural sciences and maths. What’s more, for knowledge to be knowledge, there must be a knower. Each individual knower gains knowledge through the ways of knowing reason and emotion (amongst others); these ways of knowing shape and are shaped by our perspective.
The portrait represents the beauty of the time period. It holds simplistic colors with detailed shading. The artwork is very intriguing to me. I love the detail in the background, there are tiny brushstrokes that makes up the mountains and sky. Also, I find the shading of the mouth and eyes very interesting.
