From my prospective I think that a lot of presidents made a legacy. A lot of them had made a mark in the world. Its extraordinary how one person can make a change. I could sitting here writing about most of the US presidents and how they have made a mark I our lives but Im not. The one president I believe in my opinion that had made a legacy to me is Theodore Roosevelt. He we an amazing man thats did many wonders. He had plenty of accomplishments, impacts, and love. Theodore Roosevelt was such a great man that he got rewarded the Metal of Honor in 2001 for his actions in Cuba, but thats not as important as him curbed the monopolistic power of the railroads. One of President Roosevelt’s major goals was railroad regulation.The Elkins Act of 1903 and the Hepburn Act of 1906 were passed during his presidency to curb monopolistic power of the railroads.
