2.1 Definition of Toxicity and Waste
The meaning and concept of toxicity and waste because they can be avoided or prevented before facing with toxic injury to community environment and people concerned. Waste contains toxic substances when disposing and recycling waste has serious damage to environmental and also these toxic substances at sufficient concentrations to cause the physiological and health impacts of humans and animals.

Before recorded history, this waste decomposed in small quantities according to a natural cycle. With the development of cities, industrialization, population booms, and the consumption of large amounts of waste, the issue of how to collect and store it appeared. As raw material resources become rare and we tackle climate change, the notions of recycling and recovery have emerged. For each type of waste, customized ways to treat them now exist. Waste can be classified in different ways. It can be defined according to its source. It either comes out the home-household waste, or, out of the shop or office-commercial waste, or out of the factory-industrial waste. Waste comes in different form. Waste can be solid, such as householder’s empty bottle. It might be in liquid form such as sewage effluent. It could be in a form of a gas, such as Sulpher-dioxide from the coal generated power station. Waste can pollute the environment and be indirectly dangerous to humans.
