Task One Chosen Organization - Toyota Lanka (Pvt) Limited I work for Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited as a Marketing Trainee. Being a marketing trainee requires me to constantly deal with customer queries, analyze customer behaviour and market trends, assist in marketing promotions and developing marketing strategies for better customer attraction and retention. It can be noted that as of the recent years, the demand for vehicles in general have risen drastically in Sri Lanka due reasons such as increase in disposable income due to growth of the economy, increase in need for mobility due to urbanization, car finance options being available from financial institutes at reasonable interest rates, improvements in infrastructure and of course availability of service centers and spare parts in near vicinity. The most significant change though could be identified as the need for customers to engage in transactions via the internet without having to visit the premises
