Young people today have a higher rate of obesity because the society is shaping any present generation for the future. Technology is constantly advancing and it’s non-stoppable. These devices are becoming part of everyone’s daily life and most schools today use technology to better help students. To be sure, technology can offer education benefits, although technology overuse can have an impact on a child’s wellbeing. Researchers and parents are working very hard to help prevent health problems that might occur after using technology devices. Eating healthy is one of the best ways to keep the body from illnesses. Most nutritionists recommend that children must eat healthily and cut off the junk food because over time these unhealthy eating choices will show. Children are developing bad eating habits, targeted food advertising and not eating at the right time. Unhealthy eating habit is developed when a child must constantly bring food when watching TV. This type of habit happens because of unlimited resources of food. Parents must not allow their children to develop this habit because it could result in diabetes. Surprisingly, children are also used as targeted food consumers from the marketing industry. The media and food industry are working hard to target children as consumers for the delicious and glutenous food from the commercials. Another way to describe eating healthy is eating at the right time. Having a meal schedule is eating healthy because the body and organs are scheduled to function at a proper time. Putting the body to a scheduled meal is a good practice because the body has enough time regain power from food nutrients.
