Pay the money you need to so you can do what you really want to do but if you really love what you do or are going to do then you wouldn’t be working a day in your life.
Some college students are working part-time jobs and are full-time students. Perhaps, working through college will not always cover all of a student's education expenses including books, supplies, room and board. If free tuition is given, students will have further time to educate themselves. Moreover, college tuition and prices are at an all-time high. Each year, prices are rising higher and higher.
Graduates can make more starting off than someone who has a high school diploma who has been working there for longer. “Many colleges aren’t expensive when financial aid is taken account” it’s less expensive when financial. Another reason college is worth the cost is that we can further our education and make ourselves better. A college education has become a necessity in today’s society. What if college was miraculously free. It would be like going to your public high school without paying that horrendous tuition fee. A lot of people say that free college is a dumb idea because it could potentially flood the market, and Others think it’s a great idea though, because more people would end up going to college because they don’t have to worry about financially paying for it.
Having free tuition for college means that more people who cannot afford it now, would end up going. This is a good thing in terms that more people are getting a good education and continuing their educational careers to hopefully obtain good job, but it also decrease the value of a college education. If more people are able to earn degrees, it devalues them. Finding jobs even with their qualifications would be difficult (Should college be free?). This idea would also apply to the students, mainly student-athletes, that work for multiple years to try to perfect their skill and obtain full or half scholarship.

College will clearly help you increase your chances of doing that. Going to college is worth it because you will have better security in life. According to College Board you are a third more likely to have benefits from your better job that will give you more security in life. When you get benefits your benefits are like health care, sick days, and a retirement plan. This is security because it will give you more in the future like sick days when you need them, free healthcare for when you get hurt or sick, and a retirement plan that sets aside money for you when you retire so you will have money since you are not working.
As we all know, college can be very expensive. With the scholarships and grants, college student-athletes can go to school for free and get their day-to-day needs such as food, housing, clothes, etc. Ackerman and Scotts, purpose is to show that college is a learning experience and with the help of college sports, the student-athletes will have a chance to grow and be successful in life rather than being exploited. However, critics believe that college student-athletes should be paid salary, like professional athletes, because they want people to see the “athletes are the rule, not the expectation” (par 11). They want the audience to think that it’s a rule for student-athletes to go play pro after two years, will no expectation.
Education is vital to one’s life and well-being, however since education isn’t free so many kids around the world can’t take advantage of it simply because of their economic status. When people become educated, it allows them to develop different perspectives and would not only see an improvement in their life, but in society as a whole. There’s no doubt that education is the most important thing to enhance the lives of individuals. Without it, kids aren’t able to reach their full potential, causing citizens to experience major issues in life such as a low standard of living, ignorance, and among other things. Education should be free for everyone, regardless of their economic background, because every individual is important and should have the equal opportunity to better themselves.

Twelve percent of high school graduates are unable to attend college due to their own personal reasons(Rath). Even if the do want to go to college they cannot because they can’t afford to do so, so instead they try to take on low paying jobs. By making community college free not only does it help reduce student loans, it can greatly improve the unemployment rate, improve education. Not only that but it also can bring people out of poverty and even give rise to an educated workforce(Rehm).
In addition, a numerous number of students are lost and don’t know how to prevent this from happening to them. However, there is a solution…Financial Literacy! This is important to college students like me because it can prevent them from losing money, help teach them budgeting, and overall help students choose the right decisions
Many people would like to experience the college life from either a four-year university or a community college. Many students are eligible for attend a four-year university and attend the university with scholarships. Some students attend community college from not being to afford a four-year university. Everyone should have some college experience and many feel that community college should be free for those that are responsible enough to attend college. Many say that the government should pay for student’s tuition for community colleges.
