Should Countries Protect Natural Habitats

In recent discussions about the environment, a controversial issue has been whether to leave nature as it is or to help countries protect their natural habitats. On the one hand, some argue that we should let nature take its course. From this perspective, nature is always changing through time and the organisms would have eventually gone extinct. However, on the other hand, others argue that we should help countries protect their natural habitats. From this perspective, we can agree that a community of environmentalists would be a good idea for distributing help to different countries for habitat help. Helping countries to protect their natural habitats is for the better, because the habitats can be preserved longer. Though I understand that nature is changing 24/7, I still maintain that helping the different habitats is better. Although some people might object that countries should not help other countries preserve their habitats, I would reply that countries always help each other. The issue is important because we need to help reserve the different habitats all over the world for future generations, and many poorer countries live off their land to survive.
