Who is to blame Ethan or the privileged child parents? I believe that they both are to blame in this case. June 15, 2013, Ethan Couch was sixteen, when he went in his new Ford 350 truck, drunk, and killed four innocent bystanders and wounded many. He was a child of a famous sheet metal businessman, Fred Couch, and Tonya Couch. In his home growing up he was treated like he was the most important person in the world and all that mattered is what he wanted. Ethan and his family believed and acted like they were the most prestigious family. The family was not only wealthy but unstable too.
