Unethical media is a big problem nowadays and it should be solved, it is morally wrong, against accepted standards of behavior. Ethics is the way people behave based on how their beliefs about what right and wrong influence behavior. Ethics is defined as the analysis, promotion and evaluation of what establishes virtuous character and correct conduct according to the best principles available. Ethics doesn 't ask simply the way to live in a good manner. It asks how one must live well in an ethical manner, i.e., in goodness as well as in the right relation amongst one other, a task which might necessitate us to sacrifice personal benefits, in carrying out duties or in enduring persecution.

However, using sexuality and pornography in mass media have many negative effects on individuals and society as well as those argued by women. There are lots of problems regarding the abuse of women and sexuality in the mass media, and they can affect both individuals and society. It is difficult to determine all the possible problems and threats. However, this paper summarizes some of these problems. There are bases for claiming a link between the use of sexuality inthe media and individuals’ sexual and general attitudes and beliefs, For example, exposure to sexuality has been found to increase older youth acceptance of non-marital sexual behavior. In addition, it causes estimates of the amplification of more unusual and unethical sexual behaviors, less expectation ofsexual exclusivity with partners, less concern about sexual child abuse, and concern about thatsexual inactivity leads to a health risk. I suggest that the media institutions and firms, particularly marketers and advertisers, should consider business Ethics in the media, ethical aspects of the use of women and sexuality as a marketing instrument, and they may test how sexual and violent contents affects and influence viewers’ attitudes towards the media institutions.
To conclude unethical media is huge problem that has many effects on both individuals and society, especially children. moreover it increased now by the appearance of the new technology and the internet. Many media institutions are violating the major ethical rules by using sexuality and violence.
Given the fact that the media institutions use sexuality and violence as a marketing instrument in order to attract more viewers or consumers, it means that the media companies are trying to market themselves or their products at the expense of ignoring business ethics.
