According to Lex Donaldson (2008), business ethics issues are involved in managerial decisions. Commonly, ethical problem is persistent because managerial decisions will affect other people negatively in ways beyond their individual control. There are three ethical problems that exist in AEM, such as managers satisfy their own interests and unethical behaviour, the company against small suppliers from which they purchase supplies and workforce reductions that shows the lack of ethics in human resources management. Since 2012, AEM was downsizing the business and response to an increase in competitive pressures. The company is facing financial problems and reduces on overhead costs to create more profit. Each employee is multitasking and handles various tasks within few departments. The working conditions for employees are keep increasing but the salary is remaining the same. The most harmful conditions are many employees are work more than 12 hours in a day especially in rush period. This ethical problem in management has uncertain consequences and free of risk.
