European Countries to Visit in the Summer
Summer is universally known as the time for the beach, picnics, camping, and traveling. Each year, over a billion individuals travel abroad. With the most common European countries traveled to being France, Spain, and Italy. However, these may not be the most exciting places. Due to their unique landscapes, various celebrations, unique cuisines, and beautiful attractions, Croatia, Denmark, and Germany are the best European countries for a Summer vacation.

Rijeka’s Summer Nights Festival is a three-week long celebration and appreciation of Croatia’s culture and arts programs. Rijeka’s city squares and squares are transformed into stages where the performances, exhibits, displays, shows, and ceremonies will take place. Another popular event is Zagreb film festival. Zagrebfest is a film festival which emphasizes on amateur and upcoming filmmakers. It has been held annually since the early 2000’s in Zagreb, Croatia. Zagrebfest occurs for over a week and screens more than 100 films. Similarly, the Pula Film Festival is another film festival event in Croatia. It is an annual production, which takes place in the Roman amphitheater located in Pula. It is the oldest film festival in Croatia and has been screening films in the arena since the 1950’s. With the Pula Film Festival being placed in the Roman amphitheater, the arena is one of the largest open air cinemas in the world.
