The care planning process is a fundamental part of nursing, Barrett et al (2012) emphasises the importance of the process by recognising it as a clinical skill that needs to be learnt and developed. Care planning enables information to be gathered, taking in to consideration an individual’s biological, psychological, sociocultural, environmental and politico economic status. These factors are incorporated in to the care planning process to enable an individualised care plan that meets the holistic needs of the individual (Doenges and Moorhouse, 2012). The aim of this assignment is to explain and explore an individual approach to care planning and how using a nursing process and nursing model collectively will provide a holistic approach to care. The nursing process also called the problem-solving approach originated in 1967 and consists of four stages; assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation (APIE) (Yura and Walsh, 1967). However, Barrett et al (2012) reasons, two further stages need to be considered within the problem-solving approach meaning APIE becomes ASPIRE, the systematic nursing diagnosis and recheck complete the acronym ASPIRE. Barrett et al (2012) also states, to be fully successful in meeting the needs of the individual a nursing model needs to be incorporated in to the process to ensure every aspect of information is considered.

It is a legal requirement that all health care workers must put the interest of their service users first and make sure that the service users do not come to any harm be it abuse or self-harm. While Wells Fargo has its own strategy to overcome its crisis (Thorne, 2011, p. 65), here are three alternatives to address its issue. The first alternative for Wells Fargo is to have a change in the corporate culture. The first step is to make sure that the board of directors, the president, and senior management have the ability and willingness to make ethical decisions, which should benefit the stakeholders. To guarantee this, the high-ranking personnel should go through an ethical decision-making training. The second step is for Wells Fargo to revise its codes of conduct. During this revision, it must see if the codes of conduct contain input from the employees and other stakeholders, while also reflecting the company’s values . As well,

Learning the codes of practice ensures that I promote and uphold the privacy, dignity and rights of the clients I care for and that I strive to improve the quality of healthcare, care and support through continuing professional development. I achieve this within my job role by ensuring that the service users and their families are informed and included in all aspects of their care

In may ways, some of my greatest strengths are my greatest weaknesses. I struggle with delegation, I do too much care taking of feelings and may not delegate sufficiently or push hard enough for results. Most importantly, I dislike disappointing others and I agree to do too much. This leaves me over tasked, and I am not sufficiently organized to manage it well because I struggle to delegate. While it is critical to my professional success to identify my key strengths and weaknesses with the intent to enhancement the positive and mitigate the negatives I think it's important for me to define what I want to do, in health care, before I can assess how best to tailor my action
Be open to listening. Every individual is different and will offer new insights into life, work, and problems. By listening to people, we are able to learn other’s strengths. When we know others strengths we can defer and give people work that utilizes their strengths to their full potential.
In conclusion, I think that multicultural sensitivity, research skills, time management, familiarity with social and psychological needs of older adults, and good relation with staff members have been my strengths while I need to improve my leadership skills. Also, I think I will need to learn about the electronic health record software such as Greenway because most health care organizations use similar
