The project taught me and my team members to be good team members, cooperative and helpful. I felt a change as my researching skills increased considerably. I can better understand the topic and use a variety of sources for search purposes which will help me a lot in future research process. I can create a conclusive argument that can set a tone of the entire project. Using latest techniques of researching and arguing, my paper will seem clearer and my arguments more apparent I have also updated my accounting knowledge by working on new accounting principles. I was responsible for quite of lot of report writing. It was good for me to get practice at writing, at proof reading, editing, etc. I did have a sense of achievement when a report was finished. And finally my computer skills have also improved from writing reports and through having 24-hour access to the computer. These skills are not great, but in comparison to my own skills before working on this project they have progressed
All of the different applications and components that were implemented can easily be observed and displayed in the project. My knowledge and understanding of my topic and global context have been drastically widened. The importance of giving every situation and obstacle in life your all, then placing that on a global scale is even more amazing. My knowledge of rhetorical appeal is greater than before and this will only benefit my communication skills, which goes a long way in our day an age. My self-management and brainstorming skills have been improved upon after this personal project.

In putting together my portfolio, I could definitely see that I have made an incredible progress from the foundation of this class. My practice of grammar, words and the general structure of my papers has improved massively. In many occasion, my organizational system are so overwhelmed with paper work that they do not have the time to actually seat down and complete the Reflective Response Form.
