Weekly Self S.O.A.P - A. S- Discuss your SUBJECTIVE feelings for this week: This week I finished my rotation in the emergency room. I felt very comfortable in this unit. I was able to put to practice what I have been learning during lecture by triaging and assessing patients. I was able to work in the trauma area and in area 4, where they hold “non urgent” patients. It was interesting to see the difference between the areas.

"Cadence" Christina asked, "what happens now?" "Well, all we can do is hope for the best until we know how this all happened," I told Christina. Owen walked over and thanked us for helping everyone get out safety and most importantly, him out. We all went back to my house and ate dinner and talked about what had happened. We all watched the news and saw each other on T.V and got all happy cause we had helped A LOT of people in those six hours.

The report is given to the HIM Operations Manager Wendy Johnston. The report is updated weekly and every physician on it is contacted and offered help in clearing them up if needed. Sarah Walker occasionally makes visits to the physician’s offices if she feels the delinquency is contributed to user error. EPIC trainers are also available in situations like this but Sarah is more familiar with what is needed for the completion of the record. If a physician is on the delinquent list for ten weeks straight they must have a meeting with the hospital Board.
This second measure done today was completed by the installation manager, while at the job site he spoke with Mr. Beesley and the trim work on the 4th building has been approved.
