1. My idea for an application would be under the health sector is that the application will have a lot of features for example; it tells you or the person next to you what to do until the ambulance staff will come to the place. This application will also have the chance that the patient can make remainders on the time to take the medicine. It will be an application that will feature and record all your health issues and appointments. Ideally it would be free but if it could have a price it will be very cheap so everyone can afford it and in some countries it would be subsidized to the civilians by the government since it is under the health sector. There are many barriers that may have an impact on how to tackle a business situation. The first barriers is the misunderstanding of what is meant by criticism, criticism is also known as negativism. The Second barrier is Over-estimating our own reasoning abilities this happens because the majority of us think only about us and we think that only our belief is good. The third barrier is the lack of methods, strategies and practice even though trying to be more critical, people don't know which stages need to be taken in response to progress their critical thinking skills. With practice, everyone can improve their ability in critical thinking. The fourth barrier is the reluctance to critique experts. There can be a usual concern about critically evaluating different work done by individuals that you respect. The fifth barrier is mistaking information for understanding. A process that matures understanding and insight is education, many lecturers set activities to advance the level of skill in a variety of approaches within the subject being learned. Though, students can misinterpret the use of such learning methods, preferring the answers without learning how to get the answer by themselves. Even though focus groups are used for a lot of things, they are generally used to generate new business ideas. During Week One, the researcher met with the two focus groups to establish a different rapport and provide an explanation of the research study. Although the researcher had previously established a rapport with the students in each group, it was imperative that the students not view the researcher as one of their Assistant Principals while the study was being conducted. Once the researcher gauged the initial feeling tone towards the research project that had been presented to the focus groups, permission forms were sent home with each participant. In The Dangers of Groupthink, Naomi Karten provides the reader with a few of many examples on how they can avoid the dangerous phenomenon that is, Groupthink. Karten expresses her opinion by stating, “Diligently avoid a no-criticism culture and a no-criticism decision-making policy.” (The Danger of Groupthink, 2). Being able to avoid a nonconstructive environment is an extremely courageous step that can ultimately lead to one’s success. However, for one to achieve such a large task takes a tremendous effort, and requires one to place both their feelings and well being on the line.
Depending on the type of office and the patients there in, will determine what electronic health system you will need. Some doctors have patients that need a high level of care and lots of tests and other documented information, like cardiology. Other offices might be able to use a simple program because they don 't have many patients or the patients they do have don 't require extensive documentation. You have to consider the amount of time you may, or may not have to train the staff and get all the information transferred. Once the needs of the facility are determined, it is then important to decide on a system that will coincide.

In the reading Shitty Rough Drafts by Anne Lamott, she explains that not every piece of work is going to be perfect the first time. Sometimes it can be hard to determine what to write about or even where to start. The solution is to start by writing everything down and go from there. A rough draft is a piece of work that can be edited and changed until it is presentable, you can type anything you want. She has done many pieces and every piece has had a different audience .

I am sure I would have been more prepared with the knowledge and skills of framing my mind to the critical thinking skills. Putting the skills and knowledge and applying them to my younger life.
