Previously I used to get bored easily in my job role because it wasn’t challenging enough for me. I end up taking more responsibility from other roles. Currently I do find my flowing channel but I get distracted with the noise around me. My contribution to and/or management of the team In my team they look at myself as a problem solver, if there is any customer that is having technical or SAM problem they contact me to resolve the pain. I make it my responsibility that whatever task is been assigned me I see it until the end and the customer is happy. I am a team player and I take ownership & pride in what I do. Every time if do a tasked I give it my all and deliver more value to the customer so we can remain the trusted advisor. In most case I even become a point of contact between the Account Executive and the customer. My mentor used to tell me “Don’t come to me with a problem and you expect me to give you an answer, come me with a problem and an answer I will tell you if you correct or wrong”.
