Human Rights Violation:
Pogge argues, a certain casual responsibility of human agents for non-fulfillment and non-fulfillment of human rights are involved in the human rights violations. When a person lacks a secure access to the objects of human rights like equal political participation, basic education or freedom of movement and freedom from assaults then it can be said that a particular human rights of those persons are unfulfilled. The secure access to an adequate standard of living as defined by the universal declaration of human rights are the most relevant human rights to the global poor as defined already in previous paragraph. It should be appreciated that they have been doing a lot for charities and donation from the people and government of affluent countries to help out those who are underlying the Poverty in development countries. Most of them have been doing such work to fulfill their aim. For example, Catholic Christian charities are promoting their religion in the different part of Nepal by helping poor people economically. It is not the question of fairness but is this a way out to eradicate the poverty as these orgs have given the message to local people saying that religion is also the reason of poverty?
Are we violating the the human rights of the world’s poor?
Yes. Affluent counties are violating the human rights. According to the Pogge,

The brief statistical data presented in the introductory part of global poor shows that about one third of human deaths, 18 million each year, are due to poverty-related causes. Pogge argues that we are violating the human rights of global poor is by arguing that globalization and supranational institutional arrangements has created the good condition for global poor and the percentage of the very poor people has been declining. I write to support this statement that the percentage of the global wealth and living standard in the affluent countries are rising up that is contributing to create the huge gap between them rather than a living standard of those people are inclining. There is no any alternative of the supranational evolved yet to compare globalization is contributing to decline the percentage of the global poor whether the violation by imposing the current institutional
