Briefly describe one issue that affects the College and how you would work to address it. *
One issue that I see that the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences faces, but specifically those in the Government and Politics Major and Living and Learning Programs is the lack of advising. Ranging from the lack of staff members to the confusing requirements that need to be meet for those who wish to double major/ add a minor is something that I think needs to be remedied. Students admitted into the LEP GVPT Major and those in Living and Learning Programs are students who are chosen based off of their extra-curriculars, promised potential to the university, and their overall academic drive. We need to find a way to make the advising process easier
