In Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird, Scout Finch, a young, confident, headstrong girl gets punished for defending her loving father, Atticus Finch. Scout retaliated and had an altercation with her cousin, Francis Handcock after he insulted Atticus behind his back.
