A virtual learning environment (VLE)
It is a Web-based platform for the digital features of courses of study, generally within educational institutions. VLEs typically permit participants to be organized into groups and roles; present resources, activities and interactions within a course structure; provide for the different stages of assessment; report on participation; and have some level of integration with other institutional systems. For those who edit them VLEs may have a de facto role as authoring and design environments. If internet is neutral, it will definitely raise their standard of education. Users can download antiviruses, firewall, softwares and applications freely if net neutrality is observed. But without net neutrality users have to pay for most of the services and applications or they can get only their limited versions for free.

Smartschool is a digital platform for schools. It contains over 20 modules that support the educational process and is continually evolving, exploring new ways of communication.
