A virtual learning environment (VLE)
It is a Web-based platform for the digital features of courses of study, generally within educational institutions. VLEs typically permit participants to be organized into groups and roles; present resources, activities and interactions within a course structure; provide for the different stages of assessment; report on participation; and have some level of integration with other institutional systems. For those who edit them VLEs may have a de facto role as authoring and design environments. VLEs have been adopted by almost all higher education institutions in the Anglosphere (a group of English-speaking countries that share common roots in British culture and history, usually the UK, the US, Australia,

As the Internet grew, no longer did students have to use encyclopedias and search through hours of textbooks to find information; for communication and research became quicker. The Internet is used for commercial
The first net neutrality pro that will be discussed is that it allows for easy access to information. Many of us that use the internet knows how easy it is to access information so that we can stay informed and up to date on current events, do research or finding other things of importance. It’s particularly important that elementary school children in the 21st century have access to the internet because much of their
With the issue of network neutrality arising, David Farber expresses his side of the argument. His opinion is that network neutrality may seem fair for the users and that network services seems to be secretive to its customers, however that is not the case. He portrays the downsides of the attempts of the government leaning over network neutrality and the most reasonable way for services and users to cooperate. This way, he has a strong stance for his side of the issue of network neutrality. (Farber, 2009) David Farber’s initial point about the Internet is that it is constantly evolving thus it requires monitoring on a scale that will help both service providers and consumers.
Open Communication and Involvement Through open communication this encourages parental involvement, more understanding of factors which affect the student 's’ performance and an open dialogue for the teacher and the parents to work together to create a balance for the student. The disconnection between parents and the school system affects parents and students including public housing residents, and the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) employees. HACA Helping HACA employees want to see their residents succeed, especially students by supporting several new initiative proposals including the Partnership and Resource Development.
At the time the Internet was introduced, it was a major technological movement that would shape the world of Business and Communication. And though successful in all aspects of everyday life, The Internet over the past two decades has faced turmoil over the idea if the Federal Government should regulate the Internet. The FCC since 1996 has pushed for this idea of “Net Neutrality”.
Millennials are concerned about the regulations on net neutrality will be removed, and what that will mean about how the internet will work afterwards. Will taking away net neutrality affect the way providers charge or will the internet regulate itself? Taking away net neutrality is sort of taking away our basic freedoms or the 1st amendment, and if we lose that we can revolt until we get it back. Without net neutrality internet providers would be able to charge you for certain websites or information which is not a bad thing in itself but, people are greedy and the providers would go overboard and most likely block things like Google or Bing unless you give them more money. Blocking things like gaming sites or even adult websites would be
In the article "Virtual Students, Digital Classroom,” by Neil Postman he presents his thoughts about technology in class. Postman comes to the conclusion that high-technology in the classroom won’t solve any of the schools’ issues and will also take over his and other teachers teaching jobs. Computers in the classroom will not help children learn any more than they already know in school, if teachers were replaced computers, students will lose the face to face interaction that can only be with another human, and teachers go to school to learn to teach a specific subject and how to teach that subject to the students. Postman portrays himself to be an intelligence, descriptive and opinionated man. Postman knows a lot when it comes to the subject of technology use in classrooms and he proves it in his in his words.
This would not only help them get degrees but also help them establish their future. While education prices are tremendously high, there is a solution: online education.
Net neutrality (also network neutrality, Internet neutrality) is the principle that Internet service providers and governments should treat all data on the Internet equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or mode of communication. This is a sort of interaction and communications which pave way to the under-developed and the developing countries to know and understand the latest advancements and fasten to match their foot along with the rest of the world. The net neutrality has played a wide role in the development of the world at a much faster rate. Why do we need it in

No Net Neutrality: If there is no net neutrality, Internet service providers will have power to create their own internet traffic, so that they can extract more benefit from it. For example the service providers can charge more for companies for the services like YouTube, because it consumes more bandwidth comparing to normal websites. As we know without Net Neutrality internet will not exist, instead of free access to the websites the service providers will charge more for the customers.
This essay will explore the controversial topic of whether online education is better than traditional education. Online education currently has many advantages, and these are very attractive to most students. VR motivates students to want to learn. There is increased interaction and participation in the classroom. Traditional education suggests that more students are passive and lack of communication with the teachers as they may be shy or do not want to get the wrong answer. Collaborative VR use text input with words to encourage collaboration and to provide a social atmosphere
