From what I can tell, pedagogy is the learning ability like that of a child. It requires the teacher to assume full responsibility for what is taught and learned. Andragogy is more like the learning I and most of us do with online learning. It requires the learner to be responsible for what they learn. I chose the students of online learning because most of us have to learn by doing it ourselves. I always use this example when applying for jobs. I show the employer that I can learn anything. I have already graduated once from learning online. It is a self taught experience.
