Regular study- when revising what we learnt at school in regular basis, no worries during exams. Hence, leave aside the study stress.
Schedule your exam timetable before a month- schedule your subjects for each day and keep to it strictly. Then,study stress will not arise.
Change the study position- although, the learning is very important for a student, posture of studying is also necessary . Habitual same posture of the body for hours, can cause pains and lack of attentiveness in the book. Therefore, lean on a pillow, lie on your stomach and roam here and there. Be comfortable, that's what matters. Furthermore, the energy the body provides will increase resulting less stress.
Alter the location- do not stretch on the couch or bed and heat the body bringing laziness. go to the garden, study, kitchen and even to the dining room holding the book. This would increase the ability to learn

it is better to ask for help then let stress affect me and my performance in classes. and counseling does really help because I was talking to someone new and they do not know anything about me and talking to a stranger did help me figure out what was wrong with me because I have to tell everything from the beginning and with new different opinion I was able to get over my stress. The eighth thing I learned is to always keep with me a small calendar to write everything down for example, and appointment, test date, assignment due date, etc. That way I would be more organized and get everything down by it due date.
