Three training methods that benefit a netballer are fartlek, circuit training and interval training.
Fartlek would be used for a netballer because it combines continuous and interval which combines a range of training speeds and intensities. A netballer needs this because it helps develop aerobic power. For the activity below you jog to the first line and then sprint back, you do the same for the next 3 lines but for the last line you sprint all the way to other base line and sprint all the way back and when complete take a 30 sec rest and then start again.

Circuit training would be used for a netballer because it is a very good way of developing and improving their fitness and it also combines both continuous and resistance training. A netballer needs this to keep up their fitness and to gain new skills to use during a game. A circuit would be that you start of doing heel flicks diagonally from one corner to the other corner; you heels are up to your bum. This would be goo d for a netballer because they need to be able to work as a team and they need the speed, agility and aerobic during a game as they are stopping and starting most of the time. An activity that would be used for interval training is Straight lines Drives. Straight line drive is driving forward two cones and back one. How this work is at cone 1 you drive to cone 3. Turn quickly and drive back to cone 2. Turn quickly again and drive to cone 4. Turn to drive back to cone 3 and then turn and drive to back to cone 4. Turn and drive to stop 2 and then turn and drive to cone 3. Turn and drive back to cone one. After this is completed you take a rest for 30
