FIRO-B FIRO-B refers to the fundamental interpersonal relationship orientation-behavior. FIRO-B means that the way in which a person characteristically tries relating to other people. FIRO-B model provides the people in trying to know their needs of interpersonal and in turn how those interpersonal needs will be able to create an impact on the person’s characteristics like behavior, style etc. It also helps in developing and improving one’s bonding with others and their level of performance. So I am person with Medium to low level of interpersonal need. Hence my involvement at times is a source of mere satisfaction and I depend on various people.
Cognitive style The cognitive styles of learning shows the habits that an individual’s possess.
My cognitive style is ESFP where,
E stands for extrovert.
S stands for sensing preference.
F stands for Feeling preference.
P stands for perceiving preference. This means that I am a person who is can be approachable, friendly and also easy going in nature which adds a strength. I am also very energetic and also who talks a lot. I am a person who tries to show concern towards other people’s problem which shows my strength. I am also very curious and excitable.

As I fall in the unknown quadrant which says that I am not very known and open to others and to myself. The feelings, aptitudes and the experiences are very much unknown and it acts as a weakness one oneself and will be unable to be understood by others. By having a broader section of unknown it becomes very difficult to know about oneself and hence there arises chances to be known by self-discovery or by being observed by others. It becomes very essential to a person to be open and hence improvements need to be undertaken to overcome the unknown section.
