FIRO-B FIRO-B refers to the fundamental interpersonal relationship orientation-behavior. FIRO-B means that the way in which a person characteristically tries relating to other people. As I fall in the unknown quadrant which says that I am not very known and open to others and to myself. The feelings, aptitudes and the experiences are very much unknown and it acts as a weakness one oneself and will be unable to be understood by others. By having a broader section of unknown it becomes very difficult to know about oneself and hence there arises chances to be known by self-discovery or by being observed by others.
