The F&B is considered to be one of the most rapidly growing sector in India. The reason behind this growth is quick service, less time and innovations that act as a magnet and attract more and more consumers and customers. Customer seems give more and more preference and pay attention towards F&B because of the service, ambience and convenience they get from the F&B providers. One of the factor that attracts the customers is that it provides a vast and very huge variety of choice to the customers and some use these varieties as a tool and performs an experiments with the food offered to the customer. Working professionals are living their lives irrespective of time and they are very much indulged with their work that they does not have time to get into the kitchen and prepare food for themselves, so they have found an alternative for preparing their food is these QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
Youth is largely affected by the QSR and youth is the driving force for the parents and elders to change their purchasing and consuming behavior. Even though fast-food seems to be pleasing to the taste-buds but it does have its harmful effects on the health of an individual due to the tasty ingredients added to it which in the long-run do make it harmful.
