Since the introduction of life on the planet earth it is the nature of human beings that they try to make things of their using both fair and unfair means. This nature of human beings has changed the world to quite an extent. One similar type of topic is the topic of our report. The topic is colonialism and if I make it more precise it about the colonialism in the Africa. The main purpose of the report is to the let reader known about the colonialism and how it’s arrived in Africa. We will discuss many different things such as history of Africa. Most significant colonial nations were French and Britain who share a most of the colonies in the Africa before and after the World War I. Different reasons were the basis of colonization in Africa. 1st Kenyan president Jomo Kenyatta has once said very famous words about the Christens and colonization that “when christens arrived in Africa they have Bible and Africans have land. They gave Africans book and told them to close their eyes and prey and they opened their eyes Christens have land and they have Bible”. 1st reason is that nature lovers and scientists have quest to do new things. To found new areas of land and what these areas have. As the Africa is continent that was not visited often and known as Black continent so this has lead the European scientists to discover new things in this mysterious land. Different scientists such as Samuel Baker, Joseph Thomson, John Speke and others written many tails about their journeys to Africa and these writings ultimately benefited the Africans to know on better scale.
2nd reason is that when Europeans travelled to Africa they noted that the people of Africa are following their local religious culture. As christens consider it as good deed to spread their religion so they started spreading their religion in Africa.
