It has been seen from this research that the factors of the work based learning provide the scopes to the employees for nurturing the interest of the students in careers as well as jobs with their organization in their respective industries. On the other hand, the factors of the work based learning can also help the future employees for understanding the skills as well as education they require for securing jobs and to become successful employees. Due to the time constraint, a cross sectional research could be effectively carried out next time. The research can be more concrete with the involvement of other offices. Therefore, with more respondents the research uniqueness may be enhanced. The data collected from the interviews of the managers and the executive employees was somewhat limited. Additionally the validation of the viewpoints of the respondents cannot always be ensured. The managers did not show interest in answering the questions that may have relation to internal information of the organization. Therefore, a few constraints may have limited the way the research was
