INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Nowadays, the rapid increase of development in Information Technology had triggered a revolution in Retail Business. This new thing, called the Internet, has changed the way people define business. These new enterpreneurs used the photo album features as the etalage for their product. They can put their business contacts on the BIO provided by Instagram. They can also take pictures from the best angle possible for their product, posted it online, and people will contact them through chat rooms about the product’s details. And if the person is interested, then purchase is made, and a new job is born.
Online stores like the ones in Instagram makes the conventional method of building brick-and-mortar store, or renting a stand in crowded shopping center, are considered an old method to get customer. Yes, people still come to places such as malls and trade centers, but sometimes if they can not find the exact items that they want, or there are items that they want, but some reasons, they are not interested in purchasing the items, they will try to find the item that they need

Stages of analysis include 1) analyze the effect of ability, communications and vendor integrity variables on trust (trust) e-commerce customers in Surabaya, 2) analyze the effect of ability, communication and vendor integrity variables on the level of e-commerce customer loyalty in Surabaya and 3) analyze the influence of the trust variable on the level of e-commerce customer loyalty in Surabaya.
