Chapter Two Family Is the Cornerstone of Love
When relationship between parents and children are set right, it's an assurance that that family is going to become awakened, which means they are affecting global consciousness. The whole globe is like a family. So when something is happening here and everybody is getting benefited, it gives tremendous joy.
Unhealthy relationships hold us back from enjoying life; they drain energy from us and create disease in our lives. Too many people lead unhappy lives, due to their inability to deal with others. While they understand the importance of having successful relationships, they aren’t able to do so. It is a source of tremendous frustration to a person and drains away all his energy, when in spite of his best efforts the relationship remains unresolved.

Our relationship with our parents determines our relationship with everybody else thereafter. If we can heal our relationship with parents, the problems in other relationship disappears, whether it is with a partner, child or colleague.
Sri Bhagavan said, ”The setting right of relationships with your parents is of the utmost importance. Your relationship with your family, friend, colleague, all relationships reflect the relationship with your parents. So once this is set right everything falls into place. If you have a terrible relationship with your father you most likely have financial problems. If it is a very bad relationship with your mother then you have needless obstacles. That is how life would reflect it because life is relationship.”
If you have not been brought up by your own parents, then your parent would mean anybody who has occupied that place in your hearts. Family is one of the biggest impact on people's lives in numerous ways. They help to teach each other perseverance even in the toughest times. In the novel Night by Elie Wiesel, Elie was able to survive the countless nights in the concentration camps because he knew he had his father right by his side throughout it all. In the novel Sold by Patricia McCormick, young Lakshmi did not have her family in person with her at the Happiness House, but she had them in her thoughts constantly. It was these thoughts that allowed her to keep going even when nothing was what she thought it would be.

David is constructed to challenge the stereotypes of masculinity and through this the author is able to push the message that being a man doesn’t mean you need to conform to these gender stereotypes and not conforming to the stereotypes doesn’t result in being a failure as a person.
With much of the world becoming focused on individual goals and ideas, it is necessary to remember the importance of family relationships. Through family bonds, people may find support that they would not find anywhere else, giving them the strength to push through difficult situations. The support that family relationships provide may be seen with an example from my own life as well as from Elie Wiesel’s novel Night. Family can be very crucial when it comes to dealing with tough situations in life.
Do we really love what we do? In the article “In the Name of Love,” Miya Tokumitsu covers the issue that doing what you love (DWYL) gives false hope to the working class. Tokumitsu reviews how those who are given jobs ultimately cannot truly love what they do because of the employers who make jobs possible. These same employers keep their employees overlooked.

“Love and Honor and Pity and Pride and Compassion and Sacrifice” Nam Le’s “Love and Honor and Pity and Pride and Compassion and Sacrifice” is categorized in “ethnic story” narrated his Vietnamese life in order to meet an upcoming deadline even though finally he can’t submit his story because his father burns his work. Throughout the story, Nam the narrator talks about “the past” which he experiences when he was young including the recent experience that he has got from his father reunion. Not only does the story tell us about the past which, but it also shows a connection of time between past, present, and future. Likewise, the story shows the relationship between son and father which is the main theme of this story; and shows how the past is important and affect to them differently. Also, the story of the past could lead to the end of the story that can be interpreted like a prediction of the direction of their relationship in the future.
Billions of people live in this world, each one taking part in countless relationships. These relationships form through the various interactions of everyday life. There are the relationships between friends, teachers and their students, and even the relationships between pets and their owners, all of which develop unique and amiable friendships over time. These relationships, however, often end and cannot withstand life’s hard ways, leaving only the strongest and deepest bond to survive the storms—the bond within the family. Simon J. Ortiz and Robert Hayden both depict this family bond differently in their poems.
Parents play a major role in a child’s life. Parents affect how their child behaves and who they become as they grow older. The ideal parent should be an attentive listener, have a positive attitude and love their child unconditionally. Firstly, I think that parents should always listen to their kids no matter what or else they will feel neglected.
The love of a family is life’s greatest blessing. In life, there is a universal desire for oneness among people—we want to belong. It is why we collaborate, support common causes, cheer for sports teams, feel nationalism; it’s why we build villages, towns, and cities. Families are where we connect ourselves in relationships to past, current, and future generations. For many, family is not only a blessing, but our greatest accomplishment.
On the other hand, for some people who may not possess so much money or social recognition, they cherish the close relationship among their family and friends and usually experience greater happiness. The affiliation with these important communities encourage people to face challenges in their life and are inevitably the key reason for most individuals to achieve success. Cover Letter This essay made me do a lot of thinking about what family meant to me. There were a lot of words that came to mind but I came to the conclusion of only a few. There are SO many different definitions of family, love, support, etc.

The first definition of a family found online is “a group consisting of two parents and their children living together as a unit”. This is still the only way many people can view a family. Another that deviates from this particular image is seemingly wrong or incomplete.
