"Fashion is not something that exists in fashion only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening."-Coco Chanel. Vogue magazine has been one of the top ten fashion magazines in the world for years. Being an Editor for such a prestigious magazine would be an honor for anyone. This particular job is difficult to obtain, anyone who applies for this job should be qualified. Of course, any candidate for the job would need education, experience, and a certain assortment of skills. An editor for a fashion magazine requires a Bachelors degree, experience in literature, a creative state of mind, and work diligence. Style is all over the world, every single person has style. This means that there are plenty of jobs in the fashion industry, not only designers. A common misconception is that being a part of the fashion industry is only about clothes. Many aspects of the fashion world are unseen, such as: photographers, writers, and editors. Vogue is a highly ranked fashion magazine, they have many editors that determine whether or not an issue is published. Having such an important job would be an honor.
