It is also known that the word yogurt is Turkish in origin
According to the Presidential Decree No. 491, s. 1974.
Malnutrition is seriously affecting millions of people, malnutrition retards mental and physical development of our children, weakens their resistance to infections resulting in unnecessary loss of human lives through high infant and child mortality rates. And studies indicate that infants and young children, pregnant women and nursing mothers are most vulnerable to malnutrition. This was based on the 1987 constitution of the Republic of the Philippines.

Statement of the Problem
MAIN PROBLEM:
Which yoghurt brand is the most healthy and nutrient supplying?
SUB-PROBLEMS:
1.) Which of the yoghurt brands is organic? 2.)Which yoghurt brand has high fat contents?

Definition of terms
1. Yoghurt- is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk.
2. Fat-a natural oily substance deposited as a layer under the skin or around certain organs.
3. Organic-produced or involved without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial chemicals.

• 6 Brands of Full Fat Yogurts ( Almarai, Nada, Nadec, Activia, Al Safi )
• Measuring cup / Spoon

B. General Procedures

1.) Check all ingredients and amount of each ingredient.
2.) Compare the components of each brand of yogurt to the others.

Instrumentation and Data Collection • 1.) Gather all the instruments required to accomplish the task.
• 2.)Compare the contents; ingredients with each other then record every data you have inquired concerning the ingredients and the brand.
• 3.) Finally, complete the task by making a prompt detailed final record to identify formally which is the less healthy and most healthy yogurt brand.

Analysis of Data In this study, the statistical tool that we used is the central tendency (mean, median, mode. The mean is the sum of all measurements divided by the number of observations. The median is the middle value that separates the higher half and the lower half. The mode is the value that is the most frequent in the data
