Malnutrition is seriously affecting millions of people, malnutrition retards mental and physical development of our children, weakens their resistance to infections resulting in unnecessary loss of human lives through high infant and child mortality rates. And studies indicate that infants and young children, pregnant women and nursing mothers are most vulnerable to malnutrition. This was based on the 1987 constitution of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Yoghurt- is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk.
2. Fat-a natural oily substance deposited as a layer under the skin or around certain organs.
3. Organic-produced or involved without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial chemicals.

2.) Compare the components of each brand of yogurt to the others.

• 2.)Compare the contents; ingredients with each other then record every data you have inquired concerning the ingredients and the brand.
• 3.) Finally, complete the task by making a prompt detailed final record to identify formally which is the less healthy and most healthy yogurt brand.

Analysis of Data In this study, the statistical tool that we used is the central tendency (mean, median, mode. The mean is the sum of all measurements divided by the number of observations. The median is the middle value that separates the higher half and the lower half. The mode is the value that is the most frequent in the data
Has important information about population, mortality, birth rates, different health risk factors between children, adolescents and adults with obesity. All this data can be contributed to my report because it has information on all types of topics that can impact the profession of a doctor. There is data on almost all different types of health problems that have caused many deaths in the U.S.. Also there is a section on this book that talks about the use of prescription drugs between the age of 18 and below. Knowing this information it is valuable to make a strong argument in my paper because doctors are the reason why there is a high rate of prescription drug abuse.

Through this food diary assignment, I have learned that I have a somewhat healthy diet, but it would be good for me to add some more nutritious foods to my diet. Through this analysis, I will discuss the ranges and limits of specific nutrients, and what my average levels were for the two days that I recorded for this assignment. According to my nutrient intake reports, my intake of calories, fiber, and cholesterol were all under or at the target value.
