Thus we can say that communication is a two-way process that requires effort and skill by both sender and receiver to make it more effective. Administrators will at times assume each of these roles in the communication process. Communication does not only depends on the ability to send but also on the ability to receive messages. In this type of communication usually more time is taken as the receiver will be able to read the mind of the person only when he will reach to the thoughts through various other mediums with which he has sent the message.

Communication is the thread, the intangible force which binds the large number of discrete individuals into a cohesive mass which behaves like a unique organization and communication flows through the arteries of this organism, keeps it alive and helps it perform various functions of ‘input’, ‘processing’, and ‘output’. Communication is considered to be complete only when the message is shared and understood with one another.
Communication can also be defined as exchange of ideas, message, information or opinions between two or more persons through different modes. The common modes and methods by which information is transmitted are:

(b) Oral
