Government of world nations classified in several ways. Federal is such a form of government. A federal government is a system that devides up power between a strong national government and smaller local governments. I am a fan of Hollywood cop film. Great film from Rush Hour (1998)Directed by Brett Ratner,USA. In this movies a lapd officer tries to help a fellow but their main obstacle is FBI.which order to stop their investigation because it is outside of federal jurisdiction. Federalism refer s to devide power general and regional government. Federalism is usually categorised by functions even political or economic. We can identify Federalism two major modes. The first mode is the dual Federalism. The constitution allows for the creation of two separate and independent tiers of government with clearly define areas of responsibility. Second is cooperative Federalism means making work through co-operation. Federalism is justifiable on political, economy, socio cultural grounds. Politically Federalism arise from constitutional development in the nation building among states and communities (Ramphal1979).
Fiscal Federalism-It is now important to determine how we should arise financial resources this is what we refer is fiscal Federalism.In Fiscal Federalism we can see different principle -diversity, tax,revenue equivalence,fiscal equalisation and derivation.
Juridical Federalism-
Enforce the boundaries between national and provincial authority, devides decession making power some of it’s subordinate. Juridical Federalism seeks to remedy the consequence of an infringing action.
Economic theory of Federalism:
