Warrant Arrest On 07-08-2016 at approximately 2359 hrs, Officer Torres and I were conducting bar checks. Upon departing, we observed Kimberly Ramirez (TX-DL # 34484599), walking in front of the La Consentida bar (209 W. Central Ave).
