People said he existed, but Jem and I had never seen him” (Harper Lee 10). This quote helps explain that Boo is locked up because Scout and Jem, as well as most people in town, have never seen Boo inside of the house or outside of the house. They also will not meet Boo because they are scared of him. During the story they explain that when something happens in the town, Boo is to blame. This quote helps explain some of the crimes or scary acts, “People said he went out at night when the moon was down, and peeped in windows… people’s chickens and household pets were found mutilated” (Harper Lee 10).
Hey Joann, I agree with you, those videos from Unnatural Causes are crazy! It 's insane how your neighborhood can determine how many years you 're going to live. I used to live in a neighborhood were people were afraid to walk, cars were always broken into, the helicopter was always looking for someone. It was scary, but it was the only place my parents could afford.
All the family could have used the method of state. The Jarrett family went entirely under stress mode when they found out about their son in the awful boating accident. They had very poor communications skills after the death, because they were all extremely upset. The conflict management that could have helped this family could be creating emotional and physical safety, contrasting,
but I guess that's what it takes. Then we had to find the stand which was even harder than driving to the farm because it was so dark and we could not see anything as we were walking to the stand. If we would have never found that stand in time I would have never shot my first deer on October 9th. But we finally found it after searching for about 20 minutes and also arguing with my dad about where I thought it was but as usual he is always right and he located the stand.
“I’m really sorry” I said as I ran inside. I believe he eventually came inside too. My heart sank. I couldn’t imagine the staff telling my parents they couldn’t find me, it was horrible just thinking about it. I told my friend I wouldn’t do it and ran inside.

Becoming a single mom has its ups and downs; at first, I was scared and alone, then came joy, and last there was the love I have never known and that was my daughter. When I first found out I was expecting, I had just gone through the worst breakup ever. The day I found out my heart went from my chest to my stomach. I dropped to the floor of my apartment bathroom and lost it, I laid on my bathroom floor for what felt like hours. It was almost like I was paralyzed and couldn't move, my whole body was just weak.
When they arrived to the ghetto, the Germans created a huge wall surrounding them so they couldn’t escape. Living there was hard for Wladyslaw and his family. All the families who stayed at the ghettos were trying to sell their items to get money, but as for Wladyslaw, they barely sold one book. As Wladyslaw’s family were watching, the Jews went to the old man sitting on the wheelchair and pushed him off the balcony, and Wladyslaw’s mom yelled in fear.
While running through the woods and occasionally toppling over a fallen branch, Ben started to become fearful. Although he was beholden to be free, the process of evading the Mister was maddening and tedious. After a week and two days of traveling, Betty, Nancy, and Ben came across a secluded wood cabin. Betty demanded that Nancy and Ben stay hidden, just in case turmoil was about to reveal itself. When the door opened, a colored man introduced himself.
