The purpose of this memo is to give a detailed report on the success of my completed projects as well as the status on ongoing projects. Throughout this report I will discuss any questions or concerns I have with projects that I have done or that I am still working on. I will also provide an illustration of the status of each project that has been assigned in the form of a chart. The report will then go on to discuss my future plans for how I plan to complete projects that are currently incomplete.
In this course I have been assigned 4 major projects and 4 mini projects. The four major projects are the memo assignment, the resume and application letter project, the feasibility report, and the instructions project. Of these four major projects

The easiest one to complete was the learning contract. I felt that the learning contract was a great assignment to help create a road map for how to be successful in the class. There was also great examples that I was able to access in order to be successful with the assignment. The proposal assignments were a little bit more challenging just because it is the beginning of the research that needs to be done but, I was able to successfully complete those assignments. From doing all of those proposals I feel comfortable enough to now be able to format a proposal in the professional world. The last of the completed mini assignments is the blackboard post. I learned a lot from these posts and it was great to see other students’ opinions and views on the things we were reading in class. The mini project that is currently in progress is this progress report. I am a little confused about what kind of visuals we are supposed to be using in this progress report and there is only one example so I am hoping that I am on the right track with what I am supposed to be submitting. I did have some trouble understanding what exactly was the project, but I now have some clue to what I'll be doing, however further clarification would help. I was able to find what was needed with no problem and complete what is now needed to be done. I've never used a the project section on black board before, but I don't think it will be anything difficult to use. I would guess that it something we'll need to be using for this class on our projects, but I'm not really sure, so I'll guess it's useful.
Milestones and assignments to each responsible individuals working on the project are defined. The reports are requested from individuals to make sure the project and work is moving forward and everyone is on schedule. The work is managed with schedule, deliverables, and assigning capable leads to drive the projects and taking report from the leads. This way, it makes the management hours to be flexible and leaves enough time to respond to issues or needs.
Project proposals are used for the client or company to better explain the issue and how you intend to fix it. You will want to persuade the target that you are more than capable of completing the task. Small projects require small proposals while larger projects need to be more detailed and
The hardest part was the research paper. The research paper was very stressful and frustrating in the beginning because I had no idea what my thesis statement would be. After I job shadowed and came up with my thesis statement, the paper was pretty easy. The rewarding part of the project was making an A on my research paper and other parts of the project. I learned that time management was the key when doing the Capstone Project.

I was told early into the semester by my professor Rogerio Zapata that we needed to write a six page essay on a regular meeting or a school board meeting. In fact in our first exam some of the questions were about the paper we needed to write. In addition Professor Zapata remained us every class to attend a meeting. As a high school student the first thing I did was to going ask my principle if she knew when the next school board meeting was going to be held. She give me great information and told me if I needed more about the meeting to go to the school website.

INTRODUCTION The application of information, expertise, tools, and procedures to project activities to meet the project requirements is known as project management (PMBOK 2008). Alternatively, project management is the process in which projects are well-defined, planned, supervised, organized and conveyed such that the agreed features and requirements are fulfilled (APM BOK 2006). Success of IT projects is very much dependent on providing the anticipated product at the projected time, within budget, its desired performance levels, acknowledged by the client, offering at least the minimum agreed functionality i.e. meeting customer satisfaction, and delivering the promised benefits (Dalcher and Brodie, 2007).

During the course of this semester, I feel that I have grown substantially as a writer. I think that I could improve even more with practice as well as using a few resources. This class has helped me drastically by improving my writing structure but I think it could have been even better if I had spent my time more efficiently. Overall this class has been very beneficial to me and I think it will really help me in the future. When I started this class I took a completely different approach to writing a paper.
Introduction Over the past year, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons in the VIC151 course.
