Most fundamental analysis is to take a review of the company strength, weakness, opportunity and threats (SWOT) analysis. As an internal analysis, below are the some weaknesses which are minimal as against the internal strengths of the company;
Low-profit margin; Samsung always keeps low profit market. There are a lot of competitor in this industry. So, keeping the customer they must offer products at low price.
Damaging image by infringements; few of the recent incidents affected its brand image negatively.
Too large product diversity (Lack of focusing on specific one); it takes a lot of work if the product portfolio is large. It cannot be possible to give concentration to each product with utmost importance.
Heavily dependent on consumer electronics; dependence on consumer electronics is higher than other manufacturers.
Lack of own operating system; like apple IPhone, it does not have its own operating system.

These brands are very competitive towards each other. They have almost looked very similar over the years. Both of these brands have drawn people in.

The geographical location of the country itself, being located between Asia, Europe and Africa is a huge advantage to the investors.
